Remember, if your article is published, it will appear alongside your featured author page, which will include your bio, headshot, and a link to your personal blog. You’ll even be able to receive compensation for your contributions if you contribute for us!

. AP Style should be followed when writing.
. Bloggers should submit blogs between 800-1,000 words.
. Ensure easy and organized reading by including titles, relevant subheads, bullets, and numbers.
. All data, facts, quotes, charts, tables, etc. must contain the original source, a citation, and a link.
. Please ensure that your original images and charts are provided in high resolution (300 dpi) and formatted in .jpg or .png.
. You give us complete editing rights when you submit your draft to OCP Academy.
. Your submission must be original, and not previously published online or in print. The content must be 100% unique; any violation of copyrighted material will not be accepted. By submitting your blog article to OCP Academy, you agree not to publish it elsewhere. You may, however, link to the article after it has been published by OCP Academy, on any website or social media channel you choose.
. Send your 800-1,000 word draft in MS Word format (.docx/.doc). Include a brief description of your professional qualifications and links to relevant portfolios, websites, or LinkedIn profiles. This will be your biography when published.
. Provide a 300 x 300 pixel-minimum headshot of yourself for your author page.
. Make sure the information in the article is well researched and up to date. The content should be informative and useful to our readers. Every article should include a compelling introduction and conclusion that clarifies who this article is written to benefit.
. While photos are not necessary (we may use our own when necessary), you may include any photos, charts, or graphs to support your article.
. You should include the link to them if it’s not original content and you don’t have permission to use them. A resolution of 600 x 350 pixels is required, as well as a .jpeg, .gif, or .png file. If they are not original content and you don’t have permission to use them, include their link so we can obtain permission or find a similar graphic.
. Please attach images separately from the Word document. Make sure the images contain accurate alt texts and captions.
. Submit your entry, bio, and photos to [email protected] We aim to respond within 7 days. If we do not publish your article, you are free to publish it elsewhere.
